Proportionality
The intrusion into a subject's privacy must be proportionate to the harm being addressed and the legitimate interest of the client. Minor commercial disputes do not warrant surveillance-grade methods.

Truthful Reporting
We report what we found, not what the client hoped we would find. Uncertainty is disclosed as uncertainty. Our reputation depends on it.
IVPRN-04
Data Discipline
Client data and case product are held in air-gapped systems, encrypted at rest, and destroyed on schedule. We are ICO registered and audited annually.
VPRN-05
Conflicts
We run a formal conflicts check against every enquiry before intake. We decline any matter in which we have — or reasonably appear to have — divided loyalty.
